Please describe the issue and what steps we can take to reproduce it

Some shortcuts depend on localized details. If the device is changed or if the shortcut is shared with users that use different languages, users are forced to use JavaScript (see linked shortcut) or even more complicated workarounds (https://routinehub.co/shortcut/2981/) to get the system/app language in order to use different localized assets.

Having that detail (and others like currency, fractional delimiter, field separator, …) in the new “Device Details” variable would allow users to access them easily without anti-intuitive hacks.
