Duplicate grouping action should duplicate its contents

Editing a shortcut Description Please describe the issue and what steps we can take to reproduce it When I delete an “If” or a “Repeat” I’m asked what to do with the contained actions. I expected a similar question when duplicating or pasting (when it works, FB9722357) it. There are more than a few iOS 14 shortcuts made to copy parts of a shortcut into another. This more than suggests the need for this functionality, specially now that the new file format doesn’t allow those shortcuts to work anymore.
